"Subsplash is a game changer"

What do you like best about Subsplash? I like the mobile app the best. The team Subsplash are really friendly, helpful, and very smart. What do you dislike about Subsplash? I don't like the limitations of customization in the app. For instance, I can't use the Bible tab in the 'more' section. I wish you could take advantage of all of the tools instead of having to pick and limit. Frustrated

If you plan to work with them, regardless of what they say, get all your questions answered up front and if they can't, then don't give them your money. We got two months into development and found they lacked a feature we absolutely needed and had to part ways. Through the process, we found their onboarding staff were unreliable, didn't know the product well, and required a separate meeting for just about every topic for which they might just cancel at last minute or leave you hanging. Have not had great experience with their team giving us access to my clients account. Promised expedited delivery said minimum is 3-4 weeks. We are on week 6. Would not recommend.

Subsplash Has the Worst Billing & Customer Support

PROS: None, it's an outdated app provider, with poor customer service. CONS: They need to not have outrageous cancellation policies that you are unaware of upfront. Subsplash is just about the worst church-related company out there. Our church signed up for their app a month before I came on board. After I started we decided that the $119 a month they were charging was outrageous so I decided to cancel our subscription with them.
