Excellent Platform - systematic problems with Customer Service

1. The Subsplash user experience for the people in our church, and beyond, is excellent. As a platform to reach people and help them stay connected there is nothing better! 2. The dashboard is not intuitive, eg the link between lists and media items - and it takes some learning - but we accept that this is necessary to have such a flexible and powerful platform. 3. Subsplash has been our app provider for years!

Subsplash has been our app provider for YEARS! We love them and the value that they provide, and the ease of use is second to none. Keeping our church updated is a daunting task, and we rely on Subsplash to share push notifications, load HD media and have quick access to relevant info and they haven't let us down. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I think Subsplash is great

I think Subsplash is great! It would be helpful if it integrated with Planning Center better though. I have to go in and do a lot of rework in Planning Center to get details with contributions to line up.

Great Church App!

We needed a great app that allows us to connect our people and engage with them. Subsplash is a great option that TRULY looks out for the church. They have a heart for ministry and it is show. I would highly recommend Subsplash!

Total thumbs up!

Subsplash staff is always helpful and friendly! I do miss being able to talk with the staff, but I understand the emailing responses. Each time I have ever had an issue or question, The staff was usually quick to respond and offer a solution or a couple of solutions. I have never had an issue that did not get resolved or a suggestion to change situation. One of the biggest assets, to us, is having our year end giving statements taken care of and sent to me. I would recommend Subsplash.

Subsplash has always been a great company to work with. If there are ever issues they are fast to either respond or correct whatever is going on. They offer a great product!

Subsplash is worth EVERY penny

Subsplash is worth EVERY penny! The media encoder is worth the price alone, let alone all the other good stuff they bring. Highly recommend!

Reliable and easy to use

I have been with Subsplash for almost 2 years now. They have been very responsive to any questions and have been great with guidance as well! Great uptime and very easy to setup and maintain!
