Subsplash give a super consistent

Subsplash give a super consistent, clean experience. Their support is top-notch and extremely quick to respond to questions and fix outages. The only reason I would only give four stars is that I feel like the platform will sometimes roll out new features that tend to lead to lots of "outage reports", so I prefer to give them several months before trusting those products (e.g., live stream function). The fact that Subsplash has web and app design functionality is a huge win for us!

Recommmend

All in all, excellent app provider and would recommend. To increase the design options, we've started generating our own text overlays outside of the built-in editor to create more options. Built-in options are very user friendly though.

Helpful tool in trying times

clean simple platfrom

I love the Subsplash platform. I don't have much experience with web design or app creation, but using Subsplash I was able to create a clean and professional experience for our church. It would be nice if there was a live phone number to call for support, but they are good about emailing back about an issue - usually in under an hour.

The vast majority of my experience with…

The vast majority of my experience with Subsplash has been positive. The platform is user friendly. Anytime I have run into any type of issue, the Subsplash support team has always been supportive and quick to respond. In their upcoming updates, I would like to see more precise data from the analytics and the trending category.
