What do you like best about Striven? Seems user friendly, easy to learn,and excellent response time to inquiries What do you dislike about Striven? It think that there are to many extras and some seem to get lost in the woods on these so to speak What problems is Striven solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Striven? The most helpful feature of Striven is how easy it is to track the status of multiple tasks. My personal favorite way to gather metrics is to utilize the report builder. What do you dislike about Striven? My biggest and really only complaint about Striven is the discussion forums on tasks. It would be nice if a tasks discussions had an overall better layout or at least more options to organize multiple threads of discussions in a post. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Striven? The ability of our team to add documents & photos to any sales order & Task and the ability to share information What do you dislike about Striven? Small funtionality "bugs" that are more of an anoyance than a hinderince What problems is Striven solving and how is that benefiting you? Striven gives us the abulity to share information and customer experiences between all team members. The benefit of this communication is a highher level of customer service.

What do you like best about Striven? Striven is pretty intuitive, and it's easy to move between sales orders, tasks, and invoices. You can also get all your customer information in one screen. What do you dislike about Striven? It's currently not possible to rearrange items on an invoice. You can rearrange items in a sales order, but for some reason these changes don't carry over when you create an invoice from a sales order. Data set-up is a bit clunky but expected What problems is Striven solving and how is that benefiting you? Formerly our processes have been well managed but no consistency in the reporting structure or across all jobs. Now we have a single repository for consistency.

What do you like best about Striven? All features at a low cost and implementation manager was phenomenal. Accounting, CRM, vendor and customer portals, ad hoc reporting, granular roles based user access in one package. What do you dislike about Striven? Would like to see task linking for tasks to create project network diagrams and automatically recalculate schedules for projects.
