I wanted to change to a free plan but option not clickable. FAQ says it is only possible if no pro features are used. Not clear what they are so deleted one site then the other. Free plan still not an option. FAQ then says it is only possible for the company to change a pro plan. To be fair: I liked the product. I created a prototype of a landing page very quickly with the trial version. I like the product and the support to help me use the website. After one week I did not need it anymore and this is when the nightmare started.My bad experience was about the payment. Good god avoid like the plague!!! Because they are based in China/USA, they have zero idea of what constitutes customer service, necessary requirements or just basic website management in the UK. Their customer responses are cringeworthy and talk in complete circles where they basically don't help or give you any answers at all and take your money for what is quite easily the worst website builder in the world!!! Do it all for very reasonable price

Most approachable on the market. I am actually in disbelief looking at some other ratings. I have found Strikingly to be the best in price-features-speed-ease to edit-how it looks combination. With 20 usd a month one has 3 sites with html embed, membership, subscriptions, store, gdpr compliant and so on. That literally does not exist on the market and I have been testing builders for years.

HORRENDOUS!!!!

HORRENDOUS!!!!These guys are TERRIBLE! I did a trial, and I attempted to cancel my account the same day I started my trial. I thought I was successful at it, but then apparently two weeks later I suddenly get a charge. I quickly cancel my account (again), and reach out to them to get a refund. I used to be Strikingly's biggest fan, that was until this last month or so (Aug 25, 2020). We have always build our sites on many different platforms and found Strikingly to be one of the best. DONT USE there are better costing and functioning platforms out there. Do not use Strikingly for a website builder from Australia!!!!The pricing selected does not state US and the package invoiced for is entirely separate to what was initially selected.
