Good app for multi-channel businesses
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think the outstanding feature is the reporting functions. The software offers many different reports to review sales and inventory. I use the system to create useful demand planning. The inventory feature is simple to work on and update. To sum up, Stitch Labs is a user-friendly platform that can perform a lot of useful tasks. Stitch Labs has improved my business
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really love the inventory management feature. It offers real-time numbers from your inventory and the feature is easy to manage. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I have no complaints. You need to do a lot of work initially to upload everything, but it is worth it because the system offers so much data about your sales including monthly sales, top sellers, etc. What specific problems in your company were solved ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? For me, the highlights of Stitch Labs are the great GUI, ease of use, smooth integrations, and a central system that you can use to manage all sales from multiple channels. What aspects are problematic or could work better? My only grouse is about the pricing. Apart from the two channels, there is a big jump in the price beyond that. Excellent order management and inventory control
What do you like best? Order management is highly granular, with a powerful system of detailing, invoicing, payment management, picking/packing and shipping. What do you dislike? Doesn't track history of emails sent, which can be problematic. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Order management, invoicing, payment tracking and picking/packing/shipping.
