"Worst company I ever worked with"
What do you like best about Sterling Talent Solutions? They have a website where you can add documents to your case, the problem is, they forgot to make it possible to "attach" a document!The only way is to take a picture either with your phone or laptop camera, so if you have the documents but not printed, you are NOT able to add it to your case. "No knowledge of state regulations in regards to employment background checks"
What do you like best about Sterling Talent Solutions? Nothing. As a user, they are not a company you want to partner with to stay compliant with state mandates in regards to employment background checks.
