"The stella program is very easy to use and makes it easier to control the process."

It is very convenient to monitor player reviews and in case of a bad review, you can write to the player and try to correct the previously negative review. What do you like best about Medallia Agent Connect? You can very quickly spin up a solid CSAT and 1:1 tool for your CX organization with very little lift and hardly any complexity.
