What do you like best? We have Statuspage but I have no personal interaction with it What do you dislike? I just want these emails to stop and for us to move on to a product I know something about. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do not use my review as a metric. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great but expensive
What do you like best? Feature-rich, easily usable, customizable What do you dislike? Very expensive pricing => bad for small projects Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to customize as much as possible so you're status page looks like your homepage What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Telling users about system outages. Statuspage can easily be integrated into our own website and social media (twitter)

Good and made communication easy and quick during downtime
What do you like best? Save time and help managing other stuff. What do you dislike? 'We didn't hear about it sooner'. I think this fact need to improve in system Recommendations to others considering the product: I would say it is good in managing our communication with multiple people really bring ease in my daily task. A very premium status page platform
What do you like best? Status page is very nice looking, has all the features you need and it just works. Simply and efficiently. What do you dislike? The cost of the service makes it less attractive than other competitor status pages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Happy with Statuspage!
What do you like best? Easy to set up. Simple but polished layout. Option to subscribe via email. What do you dislike? Really no issues. Easy to use from an exec perspective. Great tool for communicating the status of your services.
What do you like best? I like that It is easy to set statuses of our APIs and portals. It has a robust set of features to allow for types of interruptions, and how to schedule a window. I love that it is easy to integrate with Slack! What do you dislike? I dislike that we have downtime, but that's not Statuspage's problem! Helps while monitoring status
What do you like best? that the incident alert is instant. Monitors multiple daemons and reports back almost instantaneously What do you dislike? Very little to dislike, need to implement more daemons but thats more like an internal enhancement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring the status of our BackOffice application.

One of the best experiences ive had with a company!
What do you like best? One of the best things about Status Page is it eliminates so many of the concerns I have in day to day operation. Whether its a bug in our software, an issue a client may have, or even our website direction, Status Page is always up and running and is my second in command I would say. Statuspage is awesome!
What do you like best? the ease of use this product has compared to competition What do you dislike? really nothing. Statuspage has everything you'd want in a product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we've cut down the time it takes to complete tasks by nearly half thanks to Statuspage

Reliable 3rd party status page
What do you like best? If you are a growing start up and want to have a simple status page, but don't want to maintain it, status page gives you a very reliable and simple to use API for all your needs What do you dislike? The system is very simple, haven't found anything that I don't like What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? status reporting in case of failure
