One of the great alerting systems

What do you like best? StatusCast is the easiest to use and very robust What do you dislike? I wish statuscast could read my mind so that i wouldnt have to make entries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It keeps my user community alerted to changes and reduces ticket submissions.

StatusCast has been a well-received notification process across our mulitiple applications.

What do you like best? We're able to better manage client and provider customer service experiences thanks to StatusCast. We select which incidents generate notices and which are "post only". As an externally hosted resource, communication is available even when our applications are not. What do you dislike? We have found it difficult to manage subscriber lists within StatusCast. StatusCast has been an Excellent Partner

What do you like best? Statuscast is simple to use and administer and has a nice integration suite... But the one thing that I like best is their responsiveness. The StatusCast team has been fantastic to work with, answering every question, taking feedback and adjusting any time necessary. Truly customer focused. What do you dislike? Amazing Product

What do you like best? Great way to let people know how the status of your services. With a Little work we manage to keep notifications flowing automatically via Email and Twitter using MS Flow What do you dislike? Not much, only that ther should be a better integration with popular Support services like Zendesk. A there should be a wider pricing tier. StatusCast is a good service that does exactly what you'd expect it to do

What do you like best? I think it makes sense, it covers the relevant bases for a notification to the customer base we have What do you dislike? I'm not sure there's anything I dislike, the product works as expected and we haven't had any problems with it working or being available! We're happy with it!
