Clear and Concise Feature Set

What do you like best? Statuscast provides all of the tools I need to accurately compose and cascade company status posts to our customers. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I particularly appreciate the option to choose the impacted product or service instead of having to type it in myself.

What do you like best? Multiple methods of Notifications and a simple way to enable each type. What do you dislike? I have not found anything to dislike about StatusCast thus far! I've really enjoy using the product as it's easy and intuitive for administrators and consumers.

What do you like best? I like how simple the app can be for users and admins. There are many options to use, but they aren't necessary to get up and running. What do you dislike? We use multiple components that are separate products (on one site). We don't like that the up time percentage calculation includes all components. It would be a great option to split it out. A Great Way to Keep Users Informed

What do you like best? We have several different services across multiple platforms. Keeping tabs on each status and being able to accurately and rapidly post information on them for our users to access in realtime is incredibly valuable to our support staff. What do you dislike? The admin interface could use a few enhancements but otherwise I don't have any real issues using or navigating anything. My complain is purely aesthetic. What do you like best? StatusCast is awesome for displaying our transit alerts to students. What do you dislike? It was a little tricky to get the code snippets running on our site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Satuscast provides a quick solution to editing the code on our website. Before we’d have to take down a site and add the new code. Now we just type the message and it’s there.
