High Touch Customer Service
What do you like best? While they are a small start up, they listen to users when we need important features. Those often end up helping other statsbots clients but it's great that they are able to prioritize these critical tools. What do you dislike? The community is still small, so it can be hard to find others in the same boat (think stack overflow style. A great drop-in business intelligence suite with a tonne of power to it!
What do you like best? Effortless connection to Mixpanel, Salesforce, SQL servers and more. Reports are extremely easy to build through the Insights area and we're able to schedule reports and add them onto a shared dashboard in about 30 seconds. Finally, and most importantly, the customer service is outstanding. What do you dislike? Upon renaming a measure in a schema, you may end up with a broken saved report. Great, young product. Very willing to help their clients.
What do you like best? Platform is easy to understand and the team is very helpful. As an agency that doesn't have a full-fledged data science team, having access to their expertise is critical to our success. What do you dislike? Platform is still young and has some minor problems in terms of dashboard display and complexity. Great product with fantastic support
What do you like best? Statsbot allows very easy visualisation of business metrics from SQL database without any buffering or complex configuration like many other business intelligence tools require. World-class Service and Game-changing Product
What do you like best? World-class support (and even training, incredibly responsive to feature-requests (the ones that make sense for their product obviously. Powerful Tool for Visualizing, and Taking Action On, Any Data Point
What do you like best? The ability to use multiple data sources at once What do you dislike? Probably that it takes a little while to learn What business problems are you solving with the product? Statsbot has allowed me to monitor Elegran's most valuable performance indicators from website metrics to funnels across AdWords, Google Analytics, MixPanel and other data sources, like an SQL database. What do you like best? For us, Statsbot proved to be the right balance of power and ease of use. It was adopted quickly by the non-technical members of our team.
