"StarRez with Jenzabar"

What do you like best about StarRez? The roommate matching and ease of changing rooms What do you dislike about StarRez? The connection to Jenzabar doesn't automatically connect, so data in and out must be done with SSMS and SSIS Jobs in SQL. What problems is StarRez solving and how is that benefiting you? We have students match with roommates with more ease, and we have the benefit of using the data that StarRez produces to update Jenzabar.

Absolutely Terrible

Starrez is a terrible site for a college/university housing and residence life information database. It's not user-friendly. It's super frustrating and has a million bugs. The app signed me out of it and couldn't log me in after I talked to customer service and the representatives at my school. There's so much useless information and characters that don't make any sense. Wouldn't recommend using this application/service for your college/university at all.

"Super easy to use, especially when packages are misplaced"

What do you like best about StarRez? I started using this software at my part time job. We use it to process packages and then use it for distribution as well. It makes the process very seamless, except when we can’t find people in the database, but it is rare and might just be an issue on our end. What do you dislike about StarRez? What do you like best about StarRez? StarRez is very user friendly and provides great customer service to clients, pretty much 24/7. The web platform is great for on the go usage and is easily integrated with your organizations internal security. Report building is the most difficult on the platform but fairly intuitive the more you are able to practice. What do you like best about StarRez? I really enjoy how easy the interface is for first time users. It's very easy to search for residents or resources when I'm on a time crunch at the front desk and am juggling a few things at one time.. What do you dislike about StarRez? What do you like best about StarRez? Star Rez makes student housing occupancy and assignments possible! It is a fairly easy system to use and it can be used in a variety of ways. What do you like best about StarRez? It has a great ease of access, very organized sections/tabs, and can forward to other systems. What do you dislike about StarRez? I wish their app through the Apple App Store would have more features on it. It’s rather limiting and using StarRez on someone’s phone is quite tedious because it doesn’t have a mobile version.
