We can also search by a keyword that will pull up any documents with that word in it. The implementation team is great and will customize the program to fits your individuals needs.

What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks? The ability to auto-index using OCR is a huge timesaver! All of our Proof of Delivery documents are automatically picked up from the inbox, indexed on at least 10 different key fields located on the packing list, and filed for later retrieval... if all you have is a customer and date, or a packing list number, you can a pull the POD in seconds... working towards 200,000 docs on file in just a couple years...

It has a very useful search function that allows you to search by the document title or by the fields within the document, thus helping to save time in the search. It enables automation of most departmental processes with integration into our core business systems.

We can easily have one team review and adjust and another to approve or reject.Our on premise installation of the product is super easy to use and setup.
