"Highly Recommend"
What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks? The program is very user friendly. It has saved us tons of time by allowing us to easily search for documents. We can also search by a keyword that will pull up any documents with that word in it. The implementation team is great and will customize the program to fits your individuals needs.

What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks? The ability to auto-index using OCR is a huge timesaver! All of our Proof of Delivery documents are automatically picked up from the inbox, indexed on at least 10 different key fields located on the packing list, and filed for later retrieval... if all you have is a customer and date, or a packing list number, you can a pull the POD in seconds... working towards 200,000 docs on file in just a couple years...

What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks? The ability to auto-index using OCR is a huge timesaver! What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks? I like its great user friendly features. It is customizable for each department. Allows access to my work information. It provides a way to connect with other users. Developing custom components. I also like that it is easy to use.

What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks? The tool is easy to use as it allows us to quickly create the necessary intake forms and send them to the right people for approval. it is very efficient because Before automation, forms were lost or held up by multiple copies appearing at different times.
