Good incident management tool for MSPs
What do you like best? Squadcast integrates with different monitoring systems that we have and notifies priority alerts that needs our attention. It has improved our process of dealing with incidents to make sure we never is those critical alerts that affects our systems. As an MSP, we like the fact that we can use multiple account scopes in Squadcast and have common billing for all of them. What do you dislike? While it’s not perfect there isn’t much to dislike.
