Great for someone switching from PD
What do you like best? With PD, our entire team couldn’t have access to the tool. That was the biggest bottleneck from my viewpoint. Everyone on our team is on Squadcast now. The integration with JIRA is great as well, makes it easy to not have duplicated and stale tickets. What do you dislike? Can’t think of something at this point of time. Great app for SREs
What do you like best? Real-time dashboards are a big plus, everything gets updated on web instantly. The same quick and snappy feel is continued throughout other features of the application. It’s super easy to switch Slack channels which are synced for the alerts, depending on noise levels and context. Squadcast is the fatigue Terminator
What do you like best? Squadcast stopped a flood of random and pointless alerts from entering our pagers. It has intelligent features like alert suppression and maintenance mode which allows only meaningful alerts to enter the pagers and save our team from fatigue. We have a majority of our traffic in the day time and so run scheduled maintenance on upgrading DBs and other critical components once a month. Squadcast has enabled us to set this into our calendars and manage it without a ...

Reducing alert fatigue from day 1
What do you like best? Simple UI/UX and brilliant features to eliminate unwanted alerts. The alert suppression and maintenance mode in particular are the best. They are a smart way to filter the critical alerts from the noisy ones. Engineers could configure them easily and we started noticing the impact from the very first day. What do you like best? Squadcast has been a perfect alerting and incident management solution for us. It has everything we needed - ability to suppress unwanted alerts so that we focus only on critical ones, no-frills integrations with New Relic and Slack, and pricing that's within our budget. What do you like best? Incident timeline shows the complete picture of the incidents and response. We can quickly identify the source of an alert, review the alert information, see who has acknowledged and responded. Actions can be taken in coordination with the responsible team members or “Squads” on the incident specific dashboard. Highly reliable system to aggregate monitoring of critical alarms
What do you like best? It's reliable. Support is great. Product is scalable, flexible and easily configurable. Very good integrations with tools like Prometheus, Zabbix, Cloudwatch which we use. What do you like best? Collaboration on Squadcast is awesome. It has useful features like incident timelines and virtual war rooms to get more operational transparency in order to handle incidents as a team. Centralized incident management on one platform!
What do you like best? We mainly used the app to get all our alerting in one platform and managed to actually get the right people to receive the alerts. We, as a team, managed to resolve incidents quicker with the complete visibility on the incident status. What do you dislike? We are yet to have a negative experience.
