What do you like best? Very easy to integrate with practically every product we use for monitoring What do you dislike? Phone call is not coming from the same phone all the time, so difficult to make it call when phone is on silent mode What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Incredible value, very reactive team and well maintained platform

What do you like best? It's way cheaper than the competitors, include all the features you really need, support is ultra responsive and the platform keep evolving. When they say that a feature will come, it will, and fast ! What do you dislike? The mobile app is not the best but does the trick. Good incident management tool for MSPs

What do you like best? Squadcast integrates with different monitoring systems that we have and notifies priority alerts that needs our attention. It has improved our process of dealing with incidents to make sure we never is those critical alerts that affects our systems.
