I use squadcast instead of Opsgenie and I’m very happy about that choice .Great application
What do you like best? Exciting features and also right pricing for what needed What do you dislike? Status page has not so useful. Need improvement.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing incident with right priority.

What do you like best? Allows the whole team to know you have acknowledged the request and completed tasks. What do you dislike? Nothing, I found this is perfect in everyway. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer have the need to take turns to carry a shared after hours support phone/pager
