The only thing I dislike about sprout is that there are times that we are having a little of lag in the interface. What problems is Sprout Solutions HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Sprout really help us with the time keeping especially in fixing the discrepancies.

All data should be entered by the user. What problems is Sprout Solutions HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Records management - attendance and leaves are recorded properly
