The app is user friendly and other than accesing it using the laptop, the mobile app helps in filing for Instacash, Schedule Adjustment and Leaves with much convenience. "Have some recurring glitches, not user friendly"

What do you like best about Sprout Solutions HR? Customer support is great. They respond fast. What do you dislike about Sprout Solutions HR? Sometimes there are glitches when creating profiles, even after raising it to customer support the issue reoccurs. Also, filing OTs and leaves is quite complicated for our employees when there are special cases. What problems is Sprout Solutions HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Leave filing and attendance management.

What do you like best about Sprout Solutions HR? The most I like about sprouts are they are very detailed. and every information I need is already recorded in Sprout. Sometimes there are latencies, but that is not an everyday issue. What problems is Sprout Solutions HR solving and how is that benefiting you? My attendance. This is important as we rely on Sprout for our pay to be accurate.
