The filing of my RD OT was correct but didn't reflect in my payslip as 8 hrs. What problems is Sprout Solutions HR solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Sprout Solutions HR? It was easily accessible through your mobile phone. It also has an easy interface that you can understand and with minimal clarifications on how to use the app. What do you dislike about Sprout Solutions HR? The app was easy to use, but the downside is that if you are using data to clock in or out, it tends to lag and will not capture your supposed time record. The Pad lock option as it was a bit confusing on no knowing how to use it.
