Just one thing, the leave credits as a regular employee are still not updated or reflected. What problems is Sprout Solutions HR solving and how is that benefiting you? As already stated above. Overall, happy with it especially when it can be accessed using a mobile device.

The only downside part of Sprout is the unexpected repair issues. What do you dislike about Sprout Solutions HR? Probably, I'm not too fond of the lagging instances whenever I am trying to make a hurry in filing something such as my OB requests or leave requests. What I dislike is the Missing Logs portion too, because it shows missing log even if the day just started and filing of attendance is still being done.
