"Sprout Social for Community Management - great tool"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I like using Sprout Social because it makes keeping track of our brand super easy. The real-time updates mean I don't miss any mentions, and I can set up extra keywords related to our brand. It works across almost all platforms, and the interface is user-friendly and looks good.

"User Friendly Social Tool"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Compared to some other tools we've used, Sprout is very user friendly and easy to learn. It's been a great tool for daily social media customer service. We're fairly new to Sprout, but so far implementation has been smooth and we're excited to see what other tools and features we can begin utilizing more. The Sprout team has been helpful in answering questions and sharing solutions unique to our business needs.

"A great tool for our team!"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Myself along with others on our team love the user interface and how many different use cases there are depending on your role. Reporting is extremely robust and you can find information very quickly. It was easy to implement as well, most of our environment was built on during our free trial. Our team uses it every day and if we have any questions that come up, we can get answers quickly from our success manager or the support icon in the platform.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I like how easy Sprout is to use. There was a little learning curve to figure out how to use it but once you figure it out, Sprout is a breeze to use.
