This is because they bring out the powerful influence on how we strategize our social media processes. The pre-Sprout era allowed the business to know a traffic that came from social media, and everything they could play with as regards engagement metrics was only guesswork; what’s no longer the case now?

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Upon migrating to Sprout Social, we can already see a positive experience on the system as it is friendly to use and easy to navigate. What I liked the best upon understanding the system is the AI assistant which provides agents with additional support to optimize their replies in a more professional and efficient way, but also being able to recognize the consumer sentiment through their replies which flags the agents if they're negative/positive.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I love Sprout Social's analytics. Their profile + competitor reports are unmatched. I've used a few different competitors before (hootsuite, buffer, planoly) and nothing comes close. I've used Sprout @ my last 2 jobs, so we just onboarded it for another client.
