"Great program! "
What do you like best? I work in social media moderation, and it's great to have different tabs for each page I moderate in one program! For example one client may have 9 different product pages to moderate and each product may have different platforms i,e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. This program allows me to keep each product and all of it's platforms on one page for moderation.

What do you like best? The general format of Sprinklr Social and Messaging Suite is flawless and makes finding and arranging information simple. I like that we can redo the format to suit our inclinations. Makes the board of different social stages solidified and simpler to learn. Sprinklr has enabled our group to streamline movement crosswise over worldwide channels and organizations with resource the board, worldwide labeling structures, and predictable revealing.

"Great tool to have your Social Channels in Focus"
What do you like best? Whatever needs to be in the Focus of your Social Channels, can be set up quickly with a few clicks - if you are familiar with listening and importing tools. The overall accessability is perfect. The user can interact very quickly with a Social Media user and the tool itself is "learning".

"Social Media Visibility Simplified"
What do you like best? I love the way this software parses out the social media posts from our patients and allows us to quickly assign and route them as appropriate. This is light years ahead of trying to do this all manually.
