What do you like best? I really like the tagging system that allows us to do AB tests in terms of what Always-On content performs best. The flexibility of building our own reports is also great as Sprinklr provides a self-serve option.

What do you like best? The best part of Sprinklr is its accessibility and functionality. I no longer need to slow my computer down with umpteen tabs in Chrome. Additionally, the accessibility and assistance we receive from our reps really helps.

What do you like best? I love the easy accessibility of assets and publishing tools. The preview feature is also helpful, as well as the link shortener. I love the reporting access. Even better that you can customise your widgets to limit it to the information that you need.

What do you like best? It has a lot of capabilities and features and it is trustworthy. I haven't notice any serious errors and even if there are, the customer service is good. Customer service always answers after a few minutes and gets back to you to see if your problem is solved. I also like the fact that I can control all the channels in one platform and see useful analytics all in one.
