What do you like best? In a blink of an eye, I can have a clear understanding of the case, even if I jump in at mid-conversation with the customer. Being able to read the full conversation just scrolling, inserting notes just switching tab, and applying macros with 2 clicks makes me more performing and my time better used. Also, my service to the customer is better if I don't have to spend minutes and minutes searching for the previous messages and the information previously sent.
