What do you like best about Springly? Springly has a lot of tools under one platform. It's easy to navigate from tool to tool with the sidebar. What do you dislike about Springly? I wish Springly had a customer support phone number. You have to submit a ticket/email a representative. They do get back to you within one or two business days, but sometimes, you have a quick question that you want someone to immediately help with over the phone. We have been using Springly for our Parent-Teacher Organization, and have been using all aspects of the tools - website, online store, accounting integration, payments, and contact management.
