What do you like best? We primarily use Spredfast for monitoring social media channels for a client. It provides a nice interface for keeping tabs on all social media channels, and lets us quickly and easily notify our client when there is an issue they need to address. It's also great for keeping track of how long it takes you to respond - a must-have for major companies looking to optimize their social care.

What do you like best? I like the layout of the streams and overall, the product does the job well as long as you have it set up well. I think that the customization of the streams is pretty well built and thought out. It allows for a variety of use scenarios. Also, once you have it set up correctly with the proper account sets and initiatives, setting up and introducing new users the system is quite easy and smooth.
