What do you like best? I love how easy the platform is to use! Our customer partner is quick to respond and very helpful. The authorization process for posts is straightforward and simple. There are so many options available to us as far as what we can do with our social media accounts.

What do you like best? I love that you can pull in data from Instagram! For the Instagram platform specifically, you can view the Top/Bottom posts based on their engagement metrics, which is a nice and quick insight if you need to fill the client in quickly. It's also great that you can time Dashboards to be sent to to clients daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

What do you like best? Fantastic metrics/analytics capabilities, ability to monitor users and receive productivity reports, especially good for community managers. Really like the scheduling tools and the ability to create multiple campaigns for different regions. Customer service is beyond great and work quickly to solve problems.
