What do you like best? I like that I have the ability to do everything that I need to do on one platform, rather than having to go to each individual social media page.

Great product

PROS: With Spreadfast we can easily manipulate data exports into actionable reports. Its dashboard is great source for analyzing what is happening across our social media pages. CONS: They could improve the IT open ticket time, it would be great if there is a fast response and free flow of interaction so we can know what kind of actions are being taken in order to solve the problem. Also, the server pace is slow, it takes time for loading the dashboard and data. They need to ping the APIs ...
