What do you like best? The content label feature is killer awesome for evaluating what's effective. Lots and lots of data will help you figure out how to optimize campaigns and discover trends. Setting up initiatives and voices for campaigns is also great too.

What do you like best? Scheduling/publishing is reliable. I can go on vacation and know that all the posts I have scheduled will get posted. It also supports a broad range of social channels: Facebook, G+, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn. You can even post to LinkedIn groups, which is great for my company because our company has many LinkedIn groups for partners, customers, EMEA employees, etc.

What do you like best? Content labelling. You can easily track various campaigns by tagging tweets with certain labels. You can even tag tweets from others with a certain label in order to keep track of various other metrics you'd want to keep track of.
