"The service is awful and no tech support."
What do you like best about Spreaker? The upside would be if there offer refunds. What do you dislike about Spreaker? I've been having a difficult time getting in touch with tech support. It seems to take them several days to respond, and sometimes their chat feature doesn't seem to be functioning properly. The Missing Episode Retrieved
What made my experience great was I had first inadvertently deleted an episode so, I reached out. It was after hours when I reached but I was notified that someone would be more than happy to help me with my issue. I was asked do you remember the episode title to which I submitted the proper response. As of yesterday I'm happy to say that episode has been retrieved. Great job team.
