Answer to missing web browser volume control

I saw that Spreaker had changed the player (used to be a small one in the right corner from the web browser) to one that fills the entire bottom of the page. I also noticed that the vertical volume control had been removed. I reached out to ask why because if you are listening, you do not have an independent volume control like you do with a phone or tablet. They said they would check into it for me. Perhaps they will put it back? I am grateful for their quick response and knowledge.

I have worked with a few different podcast hosting companies and have enjoyed the last 3 or so years with Spreaker. It's easy to use, and their customer service is very quick, supportive, and informative. I'm looking to getting a pro plan ad start monetization.
