Need A reliable credit card processing company well look no more..........When looking for a credit card processing company after such a bad experience with my last one ,Spot On was brought to my attention. I will say I was very hesitant . The sales rep Cole really stepped up from the begining to help with a credit card machine to use separately with my own system. When looking for a Credit Card Processor, SpotOn executes on all fronts, Service, Technology, Value and Honesty. There are many companies to choose from but most fall short after you sign the agreement, very sad! SpotOn Delivers

"Pretty par for course"
What do you like best about SpotOn? The analytics are great, and detailed. Easy to use. What do you dislike about SpotOn? Refunding is such a massive hassle that it almost makes the entire system not worth it. Waiting on hold forever to get an agent, and then the multiple days for the refund to go through. Hundred Stars if I could for my Success and Account Manager
I have had my ups and downs with SpotOn and had a rocky beginning but Michael M. and Michelle H. have definitely been the reason my experience with this POS system has improved tremendously. Whereas I could have given a 0 star review months ago but now because of them they both deserve beyond 5 stars.
