"Customer Service at its finest"

What do you like best about SpotOn? The thing I like most about Spot On and the platform is the ability to connect with someone if there are questions and concerns What do you dislike about SpotOn? One thing that I did not like about Spot On is the actual hardware that I received at first, but that was because I didn't understand it. "We love our "Spot On" system"

What do you like best about SpotOn? As a business who collects tips from our happy customers for our staff it is one of the only systems we could find that allows this procedure. We also love the "points" feature that rewards customers for spending their hard earned money with us. We recommend Spot On for small businesses - it's great. What do you dislike about SpotOn? "We are beta testing but this product needs better back end reports to be available."

What do you like best about SpotOn? The performance of our sales rep has been truly amazing. What do you dislike about SpotOn? We needs better reporting in the Back end of the product. For instance. We need to have total invenotry numbers. What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you? They are working on the reports which will help us immensely. We need some features like 2 or and 3 or pricing ability as well.

"Nice and Simple"

What do you like best about SpotOn? The SpotOn POS system is super simple to use. The handheld device accepts every type of payment, prints receipts, has a handy built-in calculator, and makes it easy to issue refunds. The credit card transaction fee is very small, and is paid by the customer instead of me. My agent is very personable and helpful, and even replaced the machine for us, same day, when the little door wouldn't close properly after we dropped it. He showed me how to use the ...

"Love the reporting"

What do you like best about SpotOn? I love how easy it is to reconcile my fees, batch amount, and deposits. Super simple interface, and I don't feel like I am pulling my hair out to get the information I am looking for. I love the reoccurring payment option on their website too. So easy to set up payments for customers, along with manually running a card if we need to. What do you dislike about SpotOn? The terminal. What do you like best about SpotOn? SpotOn has the best customer service. Always there when I need them for help. What do you dislike about SpotOn? What do you like best about SpotOn? The functionality is impeccable and they are super receptive to ideas.
