System crashed on our biggest day of…

System crashed on our biggest day of the year!! Not once but 2 -3 times. I really don’t think the system can’t handle high volume days!! Also customer service is really hard to reach! Long wait times.

"Exactly what my small business needed!"

What do you like best about SpotOn? The rates are excellent. Price is very important to a small business, and I would rather not make my customers pay the CC fees like what some do now. What do you dislike about SpotOn? Some promised "features" have never been fixed or added. What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to use, don't need to use much equipment to get the job done

"DREW KIMBALL IS TOP NOTCH!"

What do you like best about SpotOn? Drew Kimball has been the best account rep I've had in 20 years of business. I have never received the amount of service or care from any other rep, even high end auto companies. He has been available nights and weekends and has. always made sure my concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. What do you dislike about SpotOn?
