We love the service but we love our rep Jerry even more. To have a local rep was paramount when deciding what company to move over to.I highly recommend Spoton, it's a the best service we've ever had hands down and they don't take you to the cleaners like ol 1st whats it's name and junction blah blah did

Once the system's commands/operations are learned, it is easy to use on the daily without needing assistance from support. There are not a lot of errors that take place with our machine but when there are, the tech support and representatives provide the help necessary.

The payroll detail report, as well as others, have a font that is so small and so light it is almost impossible to read when printed. We need this report to enter our payroll numbers and we have to actually have it open on a screen to be able to read it for entry. we have requested that the font be enlarged or at least bolded but no-one even bothers to get back to us. There are other reports that use the same small font, same problem. This is also a challenge on their POS screens. They have ...
