"Easy to use and quick to solve any issue if one occurs"
What do you like best about SpotOn? When i had questions they were answered in a timely manner with solving any issue as well What do you dislike about SpotOn? The percentage rate is alot, especially with the volume of business. What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you? EXCELLENT customer service. You don't get much of that nowadays.

Programing is not always complete
Programing is not always complete. NEVER EVER receive a call back to bigger problems. Why is it sometimes I cannot go back in history, past a year for information? Staff unable to program a printer that was moved. They always say I need to buy a new one. I'd like to get a whole new system. This company is very flawed.

Your batch reports need work
Your batch reports need work. I like to write info under each entry, like customer name but there's no room.I really hate those pop ups every time I go to the website. Do you really need to show them each time I go to a different page and come back to the dash board. It's getting really annoying.

I couldn't find the thermal couple to put my heater a vanguard at any hardware home Depot gas supply company nowhere spot on was spot on they came through with the right thermocouple delivered within days way ahead of schedule at a good price thanks guys
