"SpotOn CC Services"

What do you like best about SpotOn? Quick deposits, and relatively low costs. My local rep is fantastic. He's helped me several times, and alway very quickly. What do you dislike about SpotOn? I have but one complaint: Anytime there is a power outage, I have to reset all my switches and routers to get the machine to recognize the network. "Easy to Use Software for In Person Payments"

What do you like best about SpotOn? I love how easy to use the platform is. I have the Bluetooth card reader that I have rarely had any issues with, and it works great. I am on the go a lot so this card reader does a great job at keeping up. What do you dislike about SpotOn? The interface on the app, as far as tracking sales, can be a little confusing at first. It's not the easiest to navigate when first starting. Once you get the hang of it, though, you learn how to find things more ...

Average at best

The P.O.S. system is functionable but can be difficult to options and not very user friendly setup....The customer service department is awful do not even call for help nobody has the answer you need and is always someone else's department it took 3 months after the system was installed just to get my spot on gift card order processed. So average might be a generous rating for setup but once you finally have it all going the way you want it is an O.K. system

They provide a service for me but the…

They provide a service for me but the only problem I have with them when you’re trying to call them no one seems to answer oh turn back your car but I have no problem with your business wise they hate my company a lot but the customer service and representative is hard to get through to them someone to talk to you and do the car thing that you want them to do but otherwise they have my five star
