Flooring Store

We switched to SpotOn about 4 months ago. Overall we have been pretty happy with everything. There have been a few hiccups in switching, some are just issues to be expected when making a big change and some were unexpected. Having the online portal has made it convenient to be able to get batches, run cards right from our desks, and refunding customers. Impressed with the system and the data…

Impressed with the system and the data you can access when needed. I do believe tech support needs some adjustments. When calling over same issue, you end up getting different answers on steps that need to be taken to resolve certain issues. Other than a few glitches I love the system.

I absolutely was fed up with my…

I absolutely was fed up with my merchant services and Charles walked in my door and fixed everything. The portal is so much easier, customer service is great and I don't have to reset my password every time I get on the portal. Thank you for simplifying this process! And, I am saving so much money as SpotOn does not have all the extra fees the other guys had. I am relieved and happy. Thank you Charles and SpotOn!

Lee Chassy is a great sales rep for you. I really like that my deposits are in the bank by 5am the next day. Website people are good as well. I say good in a good way but good only because I don't have that personable experience like with Lee.

This system has awesome potential

This system has awesome potential, but still needs big improvements. 1. I didn't get the system I wanted. I requested the full register, but I was told just before delivery that all they had was the register lite. I accepted as long as I can get a full as soon as available but nothing yet. 2. No one seems to know if I can integrate with Quick Books. Needs Modificatons

I thought the dashboard would provide real-time transactions but it doesn't update for 1-2 business days after the transactions. Also the online platform unless you have the restaurant set up doesn't allow for billing to be completed as you can't add your product line and would have to enter each items for every customer. Would like to see some modifications.

"Easy, Effortless Payments"

What do you like best about SpotOn? I love that it auto-batches at the end of the night, I also love how fast it is at reading cards. What do you dislike about SpotOn? My least favorite thing is that I have limited capabilities when it comes to reprinting something. What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed a payment gateway that wouldn't charge me crazy fees and they don't seem to, they are pretty straightforward.
