Love it, simple setup and cost per user in amazing compared to the other products

What do you like best? Very quick startup, customers are amazed how quick the log on is to their computers What do you dislike? Clunky to install the optional Bit Defender product, have to keep pushing it over and over and nearly impossible to push remotely. Prefer to have a download and install on local machine vs push from portal Recommendations to others considering the product: Best Quality product for the $$ What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Best new vendor experience in 10 years

What do you like best? Works well - easy to transition our customer to new remote agent, much lower yearly costs What do you dislike? SOS remote agent client does not let you switch the focus from the remote PC/MAC to your own PC when assisting a remote user and wanting to show how it works on your own PC instead of theirs (like for training.) Recommendations to others considering the product: Best new vendor experience in about 10 years of testing / working with new ...

Saving me Money while meeting the same needs I had with LogMeIn Central and Rescue.

What do you like best? I love the pricing of Remote Support. It is saving me over half of what we were paying for LogMeIn Rescue.. The ability to view mobile devices without the need for an add-on is awesome. AND.... Remote Access and Remote Support are all in ONE application. What do you dislike? The ability to auto reconnect when restarting a computer is a piece I am very used to having with LogMeIn Rescue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Glad I test drove BackupAssist

What do you like best? I love how it's a major competitor to Logmein but only cost a fifth of what Logmein wanted to charge me this year. What do you dislike? I do not have any dislikes but it would be great if the never update includes chat notifications on the users minimised chat window. One thing logmein had (*spit) was a flashing app bar along the bottom which showed the user at the PC that a new chat message had been received. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Much better than LogMeIn

What do you like best? The Splashtop app is so easy to use on a PC. It's very simple to connect and control a PC, and easy to connect to multiple monitors. We used LogMeIn for many years, and this is so much easier. I also like the "remote wake on lan" option. I use this for home and office use. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes at this point. We have used it for a couple of months now, and it's very smooth and easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Best Price and Easy to use

What do you like best? Easy to use and setup. Like the portal and using a portal to roll out and keep track of computers. Able to resell and that has been an way of making money I was not counting on. Customer who buy it love it over past products like log me in and team viewer. Also like being able to roll out Bitdefender in same console What do you dislike? I do not dislike any thing. Going to pump garbage in here for 40 characters. Non sense, no way, great product Love it like ...

Top Class Service

What do you like best? Easy-to-use unattended remote support. Quick client, secure and stable. What do you dislike? I had to give this some thought. Accessing facilities in the business admin console could be a little more intuitive, perhaps if it was easier to select one or more groups or have an ability to assign a group to multiple machines at once? Recommendations to others considering the product: For the similar features there is no benefit to LogMeIn. Other providers ...

Dump LogMeIn! Move to Splashtop!

What do you like best? Cost-effective for large installations. Less cumbersome than other RM tools. What do you dislike? Nothing so far! Even the Streamer is an improvement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote Workstation Management

Quick in... get the job done... Quick out... go home

What do you like best? Includes file transfer at no extra cost. I will be able to shut down my ftp server. What do you dislike? I was with LogMeIn for 16 years.... all the buttons and knobs and switches are similar enough to be immediately intuitive to operate. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take a trial... see for yourself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is an efficient tool to serve as a quick ...

Splashtop drowns the competition

What do you like best? I just switched to Splashtop for remote support of my clients in multiple offices. I was a longtime LogMeIn user but was priced out of their product. The transition was seamless, and the usability of Splashtop is great. Their desktop app cuts out a login, which is helpful when you're in a hurry to respond to a request. What do you dislike? While the desktop app cuts out a login, it also creates a barrier to responding from anywhere. I have to be on my main ...
