Enterprise Level Remote Access

What do you like best? Ease of use. Good resolutions & aspect ratios integrity. Unattended Access features are the very best in the industry. Nothing like it out there. These features alone allows our teams to be more forgiving when Splashtop has a hiccup, which is not that often, or has yet to develop a feature we need. What do you dislike? 2 finger screen expansion and contraction feature doesn't work. No IOS version available. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Lightweight and feature rich solution

What do you like best? The Splashtop Business Windows App. is amazing. You can manage most of the features directly from the App. Simply right click and manage. Integrating Bitdefender Antivirus is smart and super easy to deploy. The software is frequently updated and new features is added. Using a remote software like Splashtop reduces the overall Carbon footprint of the support team with more than 95% as we can solve more than 99% of the support tickets remote and do not ...

Great value for managing Windows PCs

What do you like best? PCs that are shown on health monitoring pages can be organized to match a specific deployment structure (location, department, team, function, etc.). Health indicators are clear making identification of exceptional conditions easy. Alert functions are also helpful. Remote access features allow for efficient support of an unattended device. What do you dislike? Endpoint Security status for a PC is accurate when displayed. Some devices show no status. All other ...

Good Remote Support Product

What do you like best? Nice, easy interface, intuitive, good grouping capabilities, not much computer overhead required...and TONS CHEAPER than LogMeIn, which we used for nearly a decade...and got dissatisfied with. We also feel that Splashtop offers more "bang for the buck" than all the other remote tech support portals that we evaluated...and we evaluated, a lot of them! What do you dislike? Can't really think of anything, to be honest...been using Splashtop for 6 months now, no ...

Don;t wait, it IS worth having!

What do you like best? The application is secure and just works as advertised. It meets all of our needs. What do you dislike? I do not have any issues with it at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to remote to clients that are 360 miles away. They love the fact, I a m Johnny on the spot!

A great alternative to the other players, pretty simple and good discount for not-for-profits

What do you like best? The price is reasonable as we are a not for profit organisations and all of the big players in the market are expensive and give little discount to those poor Charities needing a tool like this for a low cost. The tool is simple and works well, even for not-IT savvy users who need to work from home sometimes and remote into their workstation in the office. What do you dislike? One part that is a little confusing is when you add a computer to the setup, that ...

Good software and support

What do you like best? I like best that you can create a team of users and assign computers to each users. What do you dislike? Sometimes the screen can be a bit slow on the client computer but there are tools in place that can help with this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This allows me to log into computers for the clients I serve which is important to me.

Great product for remote access & tech support

What do you like best? Way easier to use than what we were using (very over-priced go to product). I like hos it allows me to have trusted computers to remotely access other PCs with a few clicks. And the remote assistance works like a charm. What do you dislike? Haven't found a downside yet - aside from it won't remote print from XP machines, but they're becoming increasingly rare, so hardly an issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it. What ...

Splashtop Excellent Remote Support

What do you like best? Easy to use, simple install procedure - good layout of remote machines. Very fast to use and connect. What do you dislike? Refresh is at the to of the page - a refresh at the bottom would be a good addition. Recommendations to others considering the product: Tried several systems and found Splashtop to be the best. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote access to our own and customer systems.

Great alternative since Logemein committed business suicide

What do you like best? I love that you can customise deployments, chat without having to open a full fledged remote desktop and mail and copy and paste files from my own desktop to the remote machine. Cost, far far cheaper than the alternatives. What do you dislike? I dont dislike anything about splashtop really, I would love to see the chat window notification flash when minimised if someone has replied to me though. Recommendations to others considering the ...
