Genuine, Reliable, Secure and Affordable

This is an absolutely genuine and reliable provider. I have used Splashtop for several years. As a small, independent IT provider, this product fits my budget, meets all of my remote support needs and satisfies my clients. The support staff takes security very seriously. I don't hesitate in recommending Splashtop as an in-house or remote support solution.

Switched from Logmein and never looked back

After using Logmein and having prices hiked up to stupid money I switched to Splashtop about 4 years ago now.I provide IT support for my clients so rely on it everyday and it works great. As long as they don't get greedy and hike up the price I will happily remain a customer.

Splashtop is great for supporting remote users

What do you like best? Super simple to use and deploy and was actually quite cheap compared to many others What do you dislike? When the users connect to our VPN it drops the connecting and we have to do a full reconnect What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Beware! Their software contains malware

Beware. I am a self employed Helpdesk Engineer and I downloaded this software as an alternative to Teamviewer as it's quite a lot cheaper. I would hazard a guess that this is a rogue company. Not only does their software contain malware, it blocks the installation of anti virus software. Their certification is out of date (SHA256 authentication) and their helpdesk is fake - kept in 4th place of a non existent queue for over half an hour. I'm very glad I didn't subscribe.

Inexpensive, fast, and great staff/support behind it

What do you like best? Splashtop creates stable, fast connections with even the slowest of my organization's connections and hardware. The price is a true value, especially when compared to the rest of the market. The support has been fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant so far! What do you dislike? Works great, very happy.

What do you like best? Grouping, multi monitor, file transfers and allowing other users to access their computers are the top features we utilize. What do you like best? Ease of use. Ability to add users as needed for them to remote into machines. What do you dislike? Beats all expectations

What do you like best? The ability to zoom in while using the mobile app and not being kicked out of a remote session if someone else on my team remotes in to the same PC I am in.
