Very good experience
IT-Company owner here. We have moved away from TeamViewer to SplashTop two months ago and it has been an overwhelmingly good experience. The sales team, the support team, the software itself: Very, very good. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Setting up the software has been a breeze. Intuitive and fast remote access from any device
It a super intuitive solution and I can remotely access my 7 devices from any device. I remotely access my Windows & MacOS computers and my single Android device. All through 1 simple app called the business app which I can install on any device for free. Even the mobile app from the business app is super intuitive and works like a charm. A work-from-home essential
PROS: It allows me to login to my personal computer even if I'm away. We also use this in our office, and as an IT support, it's super useful for me because it allows me to see what's going on in various computers and troubleshoot it without having to go to their work area and use their computers. I can do it by just accessing theirs from my computer. CONS: It would be better if they improve the monitor viewing, especially when switching the views. The current way to view monitors isn't ...

Highly recommended app
PROS: I love Splashtop. Easy to install, easy to configure, easy to navigate. It's an affordable and all-around solution for remote tech support! CONS: So far, I only have a good experience with Splashtop!

Powerful app!
PROS: Deployment is super easy! Our clients no longer have to worry about getting tech support regardless of their location. CONS: It doesn't automatically update the computer names in the system when the name is changed by its users.

Reliable software!
PROS: This app works well even if your connection isn't that fast or stable. It's a remarkably cost-efficient app and definitely worth your company's money. They also have a great tech support team! CONS: I'm currently experience issues with our newly installed machines and with the switching of users, but it's currently being resolved by their amazing team.

I love this so much so far
I love this so much so far. I left Teamviewer because sneakily hit me with their pricing after I couldn't cancel. This is so much better. I love it!

High-quality software
PROS: I love the zoom feature! I find it really handy when using the mobile app! I also love that my team and I can collaborate remotely. CONS: Nothing. I used to dislike that I have to install the client in every PC but this one gets resolved with the portable app.
