fast, easy, affordable

Great tool for using multiple screens

What do you like best? It's way more affordable than Teamviewer and has excellent functionality for streaming multiple screens in separate windows. What do you dislike? Sometimes my connection gets a bit laggy. It would be nice if the program could notify you if the connection is struggling and perhaps lower resolution or something along those lines. Sometimes it's a bit buggy when not used in fullscreen mode, but it's not a big deal. Would be nice if multi-screen ...

Top class software !

What do you like best? Easy to install and to use. And for me, administrator, and for my assistants. What do you dislike? May be the fact that it uses 2 windows on my Mac. But it is not a major problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My assistants can use the main computer from their home as if they were sitten in front of it. No needs to have them come to the office for payroll or invoicing.

Computer is as fast in Office as is Remotely

What do you like best? My computer working remotely is as fast as if I was in my office on my computer. Other remotes desktops are SLOOOOOW and it made me crazy. What do you dislike? Having to keep my office computer on and logged in to use the remote desktop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am saving time by not having to go into my office, 9 miles away, and I am able to work from home and be as efficeint as I am at my office.

Great Product

What do you like best? The value is great and does what competitors do for a fraction of the cost. What do you dislike? There is still a bit of lag, but not sure if this can be resolved. What do you like best? It just works. It's not complicated to use, it doesn't cost me hundreds of dollars per month. It's the best deal for remote access. What do you dislike? It's not free? Makes my life easier

What do you like best? Splashtop is easy to install and very easy to use. A mobility issue makes it difficult for me to get into the office sometimes, and using Splashtop makes it just like I am in the office - easy access to all my programs and our shared server. What do you like best? Splashtop is really easy to use. I've used several other programs before and this one is by far the best and most economical.
