What do you like best? Easy to use, track, and customize platform that allows us to market various events to our clients. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that Splash offers two "modes"--Designer Mode and Designer Pro. Both modes are very user friendly, but it helps that Splash offers training at both levels. I recently reached out to our account manager, Christina, to request a custom template, and to my delight the template was ready a few hours later! What do you like best? The designers worked tirelessly to get my invite ready ASAP. What do you dislike? I wish there was a designated customer service representative for each project. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to send out mass emails and track who opens them and who doesn't - and whether our contact information is correct. It's a great benefit so we can keep up with our client information.
