What do you like best about Spiky? My favorite feature of the Spiky platform is the detailed transcription it provides. Having the ability to capture all communication that takes place during an online meeting allows me to focus on the interaction rather than taking notes. I also find the sentiment analysis to be very helpful in determining key moments in meetings.
