Allows a clear and intuitive way of managing expenses

What do you like best? As a financial controller I like to have access to the different requests from my colleagues, they do their part of the work and we validate them. It's easy to track what expenses have been made with a card and what has been reimbursed already. Also, we can manage cards' cap for employees, which is a good point. What do you like best? the tool is very easy to use and very user friendly. You won't be needing to train your teams on how to use the tool, the ux is well designed. the virtual cards solved a major pain point of recurrent expenses management and it helped us to monitor and get notified when a change on the pricing occurs. What do you like best? Virtual cards! Not having to ask around for a company card to buy things is great, and limiting staff with specific requests helps keep everything neat.
