The easiest expense software I have ever used

What do you like best? Spendesk has an app that allows me to upload a picture of a receipt that I take with my phone, uses AI to pull the relevant data for the expense note (date, amount, vendor, etc) and then pings me when it's ready for me to review and submit for approval. It couldn't be any easier. What do you like best? The card works everywhere and so far never faced any issue using the card anywhere. They have a good customer support service which will make things easier whenever you need support or help. What do you dislike? Great experience. Easy to manage on a daily basis

What do you like best? I like best the ability to create a temporary digitalized credit card. I mostly value how fast I can upload my expenses. What do you dislike? I like it all. Thanks to the automated detection I don't have to fill in the expenses content. I save time with every expense.

Great tool for expense reporting

What do you like best? Spendesk is very convenient to submit and monitor expense reports. Enter the amount, a provider, a description, upload your receipt and you're done! You then receive email notifications when the status of your report is updated. You can also request virtual payment cards to perform online purchases without having to pay it yourself and request a reimbursement later. What do you dislike? Huge time gain and improvement in monitoring and control thanks to Spendesk

What do you like best? Spendesk makes all spenders autonomous and enables increased central traceability and control. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Super easy and valuable service!

What do you like best? Spendesk is just nice because first its really really easy to use and super transparent. We have around 20 (maybe even more) employers with their own cards, every one with his/her own access to the dashboard. Everything gets tracked, you can see who paid where how much, you can upload invoices and this is how a modern finance department can make their life even easier. Spendesk or how to make your life easier

What do you like best? Both the platform and the mobile app are easy to handle, only a few clicks and your expenses are fully completed! What do you dislike? The reminder of a missing invoice, because I know that if one is missing it is not because I forgot to upload it but just because I don't have it yet! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I only use spendesk in order to pay online and with my spendesk card.

Easy to use and implement, massive time saved, friendly feel

What do you like best? Reporting on my company card's expenses has never been easier. I can submit an invoice via email, on the mobile phone or through the web app. I also use it to request payments to my suppliers and it is great to log in and see if the status has been received, approved, paid, etc. This has helped me own my budget with total independence and transparency.
